Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of nursing center business goals as a Bookkeeper by processing accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Nursing Home Administrator, business office colleagues, nursing center staff, and the Centralized Billing Office; report to the Business Office Manager.
- Assist with census, billing, month-end related activities, collections, processing of refunds, and patient/resident trust fund transactions.
- Complete Medical Assistance application tasks.
- Coordinate patient/resident ancillary charges and enter into the billing system.
- Review patient/resident admission files for accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay
Posted salary range: USD $20.00 – USD $24.00 per hour.
