Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist_OPS

Primary job responsibilities include assisting clients with billing/statement problems, posting checks and wires, balancing/auditing accounts using CV/CVX or HSP, and providing effective, courteous, and timely communication with clients and staff. The role requires flexibility, discipline, and the ability to multi‑task while handling a variety of tasks. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with billing/statement problems
• Post checks and wires
• Balance and audit accounts utilizing CV/CVX or HSP
• Research & apply daily checks to accounts
• Post wires when given by Manager
• Download lockbox files and complete reconciliation as needed
• Work closely with clients, brokers, and TPAs on billing, statements, and eligibility issues
• Research, reconcile, audit, resolve, and make balance adjustments on accounts when necessary
• Prepare statements for mailing via USPS or email PDF
• Download lockbox data from banks daily
