Accounts Receivable Associate

About the role

Kohl Wholesale is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Associate to manage accounts receivable, process statements, and oversee delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable
• Process customer statements
• Collect and oversee delinquent accounts

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and experience in computers and collections required
• Accounting background preferred
• Experience working with customers in a problem-solving capacity; receivables experience preferred
• Possess good data entry/math skills and attention to detail
• Computer knowledge especially using Microsoft Office programs
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Able to work independently and as part of the team
• Able to think critically and solve problems
• Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions
• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her

$16.75 - $19.62 / Hour

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
