Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

IAB has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This role requires a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to driving revenue for clients through deductions validation and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve Accounts Receivable pain points related to deductions for an IAB client
• Validate and monetize deductions using problem-solving skills and data analysis
• Submit disputes on behalf of clients and analyze data from IT automation and research
• Maintain accurate data on proprietary IAB systems and web portals used by clients' customers
• Analyze customer remittances and deduction documentation
• Handle multiple responsibilities and communicate via email and occasionally by phone
• Work independently within a team environment, maintaining high standards of business ethics

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• A “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of A/R deductions (a plus but not expected)
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems (a plus but not expected)
• Maintain client confidentiality
