Accounts Receivable Analyst

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, organized, reliable and detail-oriented
• Can-do attitude with ability to work independently within a team environment
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred, but not required
• A/R Deduction knowledge a plus, but not expected
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus, but not expected
• Maintain client confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Partner with an IAB client to research and resolve Accounts Receivable pain points in the world of Deductions
• Help clients drive money back to their bottom line by resolving outstanding deductions
• Validate and monetize deductions using problem-solving skills
• Submit disputes on behalf of clients and analyze data gathered through IT automation and own research
• Maintain accurate data on proprietary IAB systems and web portals used by clients' customers
• Meticulously analyze customer remittances and deduction documentation
• Handle multiple responsibilities and consistently follow high standards of business/professional ethics
