Responsibilities

• Manage past dues, balance dues and credits on assigned accounts
• Recommend deliquent accounts to be placed on cash and/or with an outside collection agency to manage
• Discover and corrects billing errors
• Send supporting documentation to customer as required
• Work closely with Service Center Managers and Account Managers
• Ensure timely payments on customer's accounts
• Continuously improve processes

Qualifications

• Written and oral communication skills
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Outlook
• Fluent in English
• Likely to be at least 18 years of age
