Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable team during the transition to a new purchase order and invoicing system
• Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payment
• Assist with audit preparation by retrieving and organizing invoice documentation
• Support special projects and other initiatives within the Accounting and Finance department

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience
• Basic Excel skills, including the use of simple formulas
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Pay

$48,000 - $54,000
