Accounts Payable Representative

About the role

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Representative to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment and provides excellent benefits and perks.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, match them to purchase orders, and ensure all payments are accurate and timely.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and interact with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• Verify coding and approvals, and build relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

• Current pursuit of an accounting, finance, or business administration degree OR equivalent related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Professional verbal and written communication, customer service, and phone speaking skills.
• Thrives working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to physically perform all required duties, including sitting and standing for prolonged periods.
