About the role

Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Broadview, IL.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, payroll, reconciliations, and sales tax filing
• Handle purchase orders, vendor invoicing, freight coordination, and employee onboarding/records
• Manufacturing or Industrial experience is a plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll software is required

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or bookkeeping

Benefits

• Compensation range: $62,000 - $75,000 total (flexible)
