What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering a culture of professional excellence
• Oversee daily operations within the procure-to-pay lifecycle, including vendor relations and expense activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system updates supporting new business initiatives
• Ensure accurate account reconciliation and prompt payment to vendors while resolving issues diplomatically
• Prepare detailed analyses and presentations for internal audits and tax filings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant business field
• 10+ years of work experience managing accounts payable functions, preferably in a public company or retail sector
• 4+ years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead teams
• Extensive experience with financial reporting systems and maintaining SOX compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus
