Accounts Payable Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Monitor cash activity, support treasury operations, and perform account reconciliations.
• Administer the Concur platform, including user support, training, and system maintenance.
• Provide guidance and oversight to one direct report within the AP function.
• Prioritize collaboration with finance leadership on reporting, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, accounting operations, or a related finance function.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, cash management, and financial processes.
• Experience with Concur or similar expense management software is highly preferred.
• Prior construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
