Accounts Payable Customer Service Agent

Job Description

Join our RTX Enterprise Services Accounts Payable team in Santa Isabel! We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to handle accounts payable inquiries and support the end-to-end process in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to accounts payable inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment processing issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Follow written work instructions (available in English only).

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or AA/AS degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years experience in Accounts Payable concepts and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• PREFERRED: Experience with SAP, Oracle, and/or JDE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Location

This hybrid role requires candidates to reside near Santa Isabel, PR.
