About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. You will also assist in managing accounts payable processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payment authorizations
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
• Collaborate with finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance
• Prepare reports and provide financial data as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
