About the role
You will serve as a critical financial support leader, driving the successful execution of our day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This role allows you to take ownership of the company's payment systems while ensuring high-quality data management for a business that values your individual contribution. You will have the autonomy to manage your daily workflow with the support of a leadership team that knows you by name.
Responsibilities
- Administer the full-cycle accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Verify and reconcile vendor invoices against receipts, and operational records.
- Compile and organize financial documents, maintaining systematic and transparent digital files.
- Analyze account discrepancies and resolve real-time billing and logistical issues with suppliers.
- Prepare and generate weekly check runs and electronic payment distributions for management approval.
- Cooky with internal crew managers to verify completed work and approve invoicing accuracy.
- Track and record expense data to assist leadership in maintaining operational budgets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience specifically within an accounts payable or clerical accounting role.
- Proficiency in using computers, basic software applications, and specialized accounting systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills necessary for managing documentation and vendor dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate data, multitask, and prioritize financial timelines with minimal oversight.
- Absolute commitment to financial confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Completion of a formal accounting certificate program, business degree, or equivalent technical training.
- Experience working within the commercial landscaping, construction, or routing-based service industries.
- QuickBooks accounts payable experience.
- Microsoft Excel creation and maintaining of documents.

Pay
$23-26+ per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday.
