Duties

  • Receive and process all accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, receivers/pack slips, and vendor information.
  • Match invoices with proper purchase orders and receivers/packing slips; ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices and shipments.
  • Detect problems with incorrect invoices, purchase orders, and receivers and contact branch or purchasing to resolve.
  • Contact branch personnel and vendors to correct or obtain information needed.
  • Input approved invoices into automated accounting system using computer.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  • Ability to use personal computer.
