Duties
- Receive and process all accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, receivers/pack slips, and vendor information.
- Match invoices with proper purchase orders and receivers/packing slips; ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices and shipments.
- Detect problems with incorrect invoices, purchase orders, and receivers and contact branch or purchasing to resolve.
- Contact branch personnel and vendors to correct or obtain information needed.
- Input approved invoices into automated accounting system using computer.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- Ability to use personal computer.
