*Must understand debits and credits*Accounts Payable 3+ yrs full-cycle*2-way/3-way match *Experience with Bank Recs *AR - some basics for AR*Tech Savvy Desired Skills and Experience Must understand debits and credits AP 3+ yrs ideally all aspects of 2 and 3 way invoicing process Experience with Bank Recons especially credit card recons - will be using Excel for this AR - some basics for AR Tech Savvy - Spreadsheets - using Excel and Studio Designer (upload bank statements) (Please do a Ledgent Excel assessment) Detail orientated and understand how to do 'manual work arounds' where a software system doesn't really work exactly. They use Studio Designer Software which is a design project mgmt. system not really for Accounting so have to work extra carefully since errors effect everyone on team and clients Ability to grasp the accounting aspects underlying the different software's and get the detail of Debits / Credits correct Exp working in accounting where there are Job / projects so we apply AP to the correct job or project GL Will help with other projects at an AP or AR specialist /clerk type level GE High School All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
