About the role

The role involves processing invoices, maintaining accounts payable records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed accounts payable records
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Handle vendor inquiries and disputes
  • Prepare payment reports and reconcile accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience with Accounts Payable software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
  • Basic understanding of financial statements
