Accounts Payable Clerk

About the role

This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN.

Responsibilities

• Processing, uploading and auditing invoices.
• Maintaining the AP mailbox to ensure inquires and invoices are processed in a timely manner.
• Researching and resolving outstanding checks.

Qualifications & Skills

• A high school diploma is required and 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience and/or training and previous data entry skills required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a high level of organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to complete work within the stated deadline.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Basic telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
• Must have a working knowledge of basic data entry skills.
• Experience with D365 is a plus.
