Job Responsibilities Receive all incoming invoices (mail, email, and fax)Scan and verify invoicesProcess all invoices timelyAssist to ensure on time payment of invoicesProvide internal and external customer serviceEnter bank wire requests Apply pre-payments for monthly AMEX chargesGather and support monthly visa charges for employeesPerform weekly audits of all incoming emailed invoicesPerform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.Follow legal policies as directed. Job Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and MS Excel)Good communication skillsWillingness and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Skills Mirosoft OfficeOracle eBusiness Suite Education This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education. Certifications Accounts Payable Certification Physical Requirements This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
