Accounts Payable Clerk
Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable Team Members in clearing 85-100 payments daily, including ACH and Wires.
- Maintain AP electronic mailboxes and sort invoices for AP Clerks based on vendor base.
- Recognize differences in expense and inventory invoices to distribute appropriately.
- Enter invoices for payment in Oracle and Excel for various business organizations in multiple currencies.
- Review all Non-Product invoices for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and approval before payment.
- Process 3-way PO matching invoices for timely payments and route for approval if required.
- Review and analyze invoices for purchases and transportation to ensure proper matching to purchase orders.
Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Knowledge or understanding of accounting department operations.
- Invoice processing and data entry skills.
Work Environment
This position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and operates on-site Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is full-time and part of a small team of 5-10 people.
Employees are eligible for a 401K match at 4% after six months, annual COLA and/or merit bonuses after 12 months, and 13 days of PTO, which increases by 40 hours after the third-year anniversary.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
