Responsibilities
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and check requests related to land development activities.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, correspondence, and financial records.
- Cooky and manage land development trade partner contracts.
- Track and process vendor payments while ensuring insurance and compliance requirements are met.
- Assist with development budgets and monthly/quarterly budget updates.
- Support financial analysis and preliminary underwriting documentation for land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct market research, including competitive analysis, MLS research, school district analysis, and property ownership research.
- Monitor change orders, payment applications, and development-related invoices.
- Cooky and distribute budget reports using accounting software.
- Provide administrative support to the Land Development team as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for accounting, accounts payable, or financial administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, budgets, or accounting systems.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting land development, construction, engineering, or real estate projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Google Earth, LandVision, or similar mapping/data applications.
- Experience with contract administration and vendor management.
