We have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Associate - SAP S/4HANA to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will perform accounts payable functions to support domestic and international operations of Pentair. Seeking candidates with SAP S/4HANA experience to help streamline accounts payable workflows, improve invoice accuracy and visibility, and support a highly collaborative finance and operations team. You Will Work daily in SAP S/4HANA to process and manage invoicesMatch supplier invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match)Identify problems and interface with supply chain specialists to resolve in a timely mannerCommunicate with suppliers and buyers via telephone and written communicationsInteraction with other team membersProcess 100+ invoices per dayOther duties as assigned Key Qualifications High School Diploma3+ years experience in accounts payableExperience with SAP S4 Hana requiredExperience with EskerAble to work in a team environment with deadline pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented approach to work with solid organizational skillsGood problem identification and problem solving skillsSolid understanding of sales and use tax Shift/Hours 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday Compensation The hourly pay for this role is: $28.00 - $30.00/HR. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
