About the role
SourceAmerica is searching for an Accounts and Pricing Representative, to join our team in a cohort training program. Join a dynamic cohort of professionals who will be trained and mentored together as you build a strong foundation in the AbilityOne Program, a federal program dedicated to expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Through this immersive experience, you'll gain insight into how SourceAmerica supports federal government customers and our nonprofit agency network in delivering on contract requirements. Upon completion of the program, you'll transition into a role within our Products or Services account teams, where you'll contribute to account management or price proposal development. Your placement will be thoughtfully aligned with your strengths and the needs of our business, setting you up for meaningful impact and continued growth. There are approximately 500 NPAs in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network that provide products or services through the AbilityOne Program and approximately 36,000 AbilityOne employees are in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of the AbilityOne Program, and provide assistance in federal contracting, price development, and coordination of business operations and processes to ensure timely delivery of quality products/services.
