Accounting Trainer
Essential Job Functions
- Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on hospitality accounting including night audit, accounts receivable/payable, and month end procedures.
- Conduct training on Stonebridge accounting policies and procedures.
- Deliver training through virtual sessions, and hands-on coaching.
- Assist with the development of new training and updating current training documents.
- Hotel system trainings including but not limited to PMS, POS, Financials, AP processing.
- Training to include current and newly acquired Stonebridge properties.
- Assess each property’s compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist with onboarding of new properties to assimilate with the accounting team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Micrsoft Excel skillset required.
- Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel front office, administrative, or accounting role preferred.
- Knowledge of USALI or GAAP preferred but not mandatory.
