Accounting Instructor

About the Role

Full-time faculty position in the Business Department responsible for teaching courses, developing curriculum and instructional materials, and supporting student success through advisement, recruitment, and retention activities.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in the Business Department
• Participate in curriculum and instructional material development
• Engage in assessment functions and student advisement
• Assist with registration, recruitment, and retention activities
• Participate in college outreach activities and committees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting or doctorate/master’s degree in Business with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in accounting
• Preferred concentrations: management and marketing
• Experience teaching college-level accounting and other business courses is preferred
