Accounting Technician – Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Accounting Technician position is available within Yellowstone Landscape's Accounts Receivable department. This is a fast-paced office with a dynamic accounting team, offering full training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts receivable
• Billing
• Reconciling customer statements
• Various general accounting duties using Excel spreadsheets

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a high volume environment
• Basic Excel spreadsheet development and MS Office experience
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Adequate attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and function well in a team environment

Skills

• Basic Excel spreadsheet development
• MS Office experience
• Additional software experience a plus
