About the role
Responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and providing support to the accounting department.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments efficiently
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support the accounting team with data entry and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
- Proficient in Excel and other spreadsheet applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
