Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completion of routine tasks under direct supervision and/or administrative support within the finance/accounting department.
  • Duties can include: compiling reports; filing; data entry; creating and maintaining spreadsheets; data entry; typing; scheduling and coordinating; preparing correspondences; answering telephones; interfacing/greeting customers; preparing correspondence; and assisting department with daily tasks.
  • Analytical responsibilities can include report analysis and purchasing analysis (if job applicable).
  • Must be proficient with Windows software including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience

  • 1 year of prior experience supporting an accounting or finance department
  • Excellent clerical skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
