Key Responsibilities
- Month-end and year-end close
- Financial statement preparation and review
- General ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Audit coordination and compliance reporting
- Budgeting and variance analysis
- Grant, fund, and nonprofit accounting
- Financial reporting for executive leadership, lenders, and board members
Ideal Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA strongly preferred
- 5-10+ years of accounting experience
- Public accounting and audit experience required
- Prior accounting leadership experience
- Healthcare, community health center, or nonprofit accounting experience highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Logic Functions)
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Financial Edge, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
