What You'll Do

• Mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support in day-to-day activities
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Analyze complex financial reports and records
• Provide client recommendations based on analysis of financials
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of client engagements
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred
• 4+ years of related accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Accounting CS) and the ability to learn new software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
