Duties And Responsibilities

  • Promote teamwork and work closely and efficiently with the accounting team.
  • Provide quality service to all operational departments through effective communications and prompt response.
  • Maintain a respectful and professional presence in the working environment.
  • Work closely with Human Resources and department leaders regarding payroll inquiries, employee records, earnings, deductions, paid time off balances, and benefit-related questions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll, compensation, personnel, and financial information.
  • Meet various deadlines in Accounting and/or operations.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel accounting experience required.
  • A proven track record of maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Sufficient knowledge of payroll process and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Word, Outlook, TEAM and other business applications.
  • Carry out job responsibilities with absolute confidentiality.
  • Excellent analytical and communicational skills.

What We Offer

  • $36.00 to $37.00 is the hourly pay range for this role.
  • The salary range listed is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
  • An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
  • No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable.
