Duties And Responsibilities
- Promote teamwork and work closely and efficiently with the accounting team.
- Provide quality service to all operational departments through effective communications and prompt response.
- Maintain a respectful and professional presence in the working environment.
- Work closely with Human Resources and department leaders regarding payroll inquiries, employee records, earnings, deductions, paid time off balances, and benefit-related questions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll, compensation, personnel, and financial information.
- Meet various deadlines in Accounting and/or operations.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hotel accounting experience required.
- A proven track record of maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Sufficient knowledge of payroll process and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
- Sufficient knowledge of Word, Outlook, TEAM and other business applications.
- Carry out job responsibilities with absolute confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical and communicational skills.
What We Offer
- $36.00 to $37.00 is the hourly pay range for this role.
- The salary range listed is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
