Responsibilities
Procurement and Administrative Services Manager: Serve as the Procurement and Administrative Services Manager, developing and implementing policies and procedures for a variety of projects and programs within assigned departments, including budget administration, management analysis, technical support, and program evaluation. Supervise 1 - 3 staff members.
Housing Specialist I: Work as a Housing Specialist I in the Housing Programs Department, ensuring files are in compliance with the assistance programs of AHA. Full-time non-exempt, at-will, confidential position; no telecommuting available.
Senior Project Manager: Oversee projects and initiatives in support of AHA’s affordable housing development and neighborhood revitalization programs. Manage a wide range of consultant relationships and may supervise one or more junior staff.
Senior Asset Manager: Plan and manage the asset management function of AHA’s real estate portfolio, conducting financial, physical, and regulatory performance reviews; develop and monitor capital needs assessment programs; and provide professional assistance to Directors of Housing Development and Property Operations.
Director of Housing Programs: Assist with planning, organizing, managing, and providing administrative direction and oversight for all functions and activities of the Housing Programs Department. Requires excellent planning, tracking, and project management skills, and significant relevant supervisory experience.
Asset Management Specialist: Perform specialized technical work in support of AHA’s asset management and property operations functions, conducting operational monitoring and asset management analysis, and providing professional assistance to the department team.
Assistant Director of Property Operations: Fulfill the role of Assistant Director of Property Operations, overseeing policies and programs to prevent homelessness and maintain stable housing, especially among special needs populations.
