Responsibilities

  • Review agency bill statements for accuracy in coordination with various agencies
  • Reconcile commission statements against posted transactions
  • Process commission statement and invoice payments to carriers
  • Issue return premium and commission payments to finance companies
  • Review management system data to identify missing transactions and policies
  • Resolve and clear outstanding items

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of data entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transactional work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced accounting environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong data entry accuracy
  • Team-oriented with a customer service mindset
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
