Accounting Specialist

About The Company

Our client's organization provides goods to wholesalers and is seeking an interim Accounting Specialist. Work with a team described as warm and a place where "we laugh every day!" No need to use personal equipment - a company laptop will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Cooking communication with vendors
• Aid in verifying AR invoice dates and categorizing
• Perform AR reconciliations between internal records and 3PL statements
• Perform AP reconciliations and collaborate with vendors to correct, as needed
• Process cash applications and prepare vendor payments

Requirements

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely
• Experience with AP & AR
• Strong communication and customer service skills for vendor interactions

Preferred

• Ability to perform If/Then lookups and create Pivot tables in Excel
