About the role
Manage student account billing and collections activities, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
Review account balances, investigate discrepancies, and work directly with students and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
Maintain accurate account records, process adjustments and payment plans, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
Prepare account reconciliations, generate reports on collections activity and outstanding receivables, and assist with month-end and year-end account reviews.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or a related accounting/customer accounts role.
- Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
