It addresses the challenge of accurate and confidential processing of financial correspondence and transactions, aiming to ensure timely and precise handling of client and general partner communications and treasury operations. About the Opportunity:The ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST role focuses on processing and analyzing confidential client portfolio transactions and correspondence. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate communication channels and ensuring timely wire processing, contributing to the overall integrity and efficiency of financial operations within the program. Responsibilities:Analyze and process routine and non-routine confidential correspondence for client portfolio transactionsPrepare and send client portfolio transaction lettersMonitor and distribute general correspondence received via email to appropriate departmentsMaintain and communicate wire instructions from the databaseEnsure timely and accurate wire processing through the treasury systemPerform other duties and special projects as assigned Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a business-related fieldTwo to three years of full-time experience in bookkeeping or a closely related positionDetail-oriented, proactive, and resourcefulStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasksProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range between 60,000 and 70,000 USD with eligibility for overtime and one discretionary bonus per year Benefits & Perks:Health care package with minimal employee contributionGenerous 401(k) matchTen company-paid holidays and vacation accrualRemote position for Southern California applicants Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
