What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, tax records, and documentation used in tax compliance and reporting activities.
- Gather, validate, and organize information from multiple systems and teams to facilitate tax filings, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Manage tax calendars and monitor filing deadlines, payment schedules, and key compliance milestones.
- Partner with colleagues across Finance and other business functions to collect information needed for tax filings, audits, and tax-related initiatives.
- Respond to information requests from tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors by assembling accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain organized tax records and documentation to support compliance, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the tax function.
- Contribute to special projects and broader Finance initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
