About the role
The Accounting Operations Specialist is responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with audits.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile invoices and payments
- Maintain and update financial records and reports
- Avoid errors in financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Support financial audits and investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems
- Understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements

Schedule
