Accounting Operations

Yamaha is seeking to fill an Accounting Specialist I for our facility in Kennesaw, GA. The Accounting Specialist I is responsible for vendor maintenance, payment setup verification, corporate card administration, employee expense reimbursement support and tax documentation and reporting. This role ensures that financial records are accurate, internal controls are followed and accounting processes are completed timely and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance, Banking ACH verificationFamiliar with ACH payment processing, corporate card administration, Egencia Travel and ExpenseWire.Knowledge of vendor tax documentation and annual 1099 reporting requirements. Decision Making Self-motivatedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of accounting principlesExcellent team player and collaboration abilityMust be able to work independently, with high degree of accuracy, in a fast paced environment.Strong organization, interpersonal and project management skills Don't meet every single requirement?
