Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Maintained Functions

• Oversees A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets, 3rd party billings, cash and credit card sales, agency bank and investment accounts, cash counting
• Maintains the General Ledger for the agency accounts including all journal entries
• Work with officers and provide guidance on proper accounting procedures
• Reconcile daily ticket office activity

Recurring Tasks

• Review accounts payable
• Make budget adjustments
• Post bi-weekly and quarterly payroll

Monthly Tasks

• Timely close of all accounting activity for the month
• Prepare the monthly financial statements

Additional Responsibilities

• Monitor bank activity and perform monthly bank account reconciliations
• Invest excess cash and reconcile investment accounts
• Reconcile monthly credit card activity
