Job Title: Accounting Manager, Private CreditLocation: Boston, MASalary: $120,000-$150,000 Company Summary: A leading investment management firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its growing finance and accounting team. This individual will play a key role in financial reporting, investment accounting, valuation support and fund operations across a portfolio of investment vehicles. This opportunity offers broad exposure to investor reporting, audit coordination, tax, fund administration oversight, and strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, performance reporting, and investor deliverables across multiple investment structuresSupport fund operations, including capital activity, cash management, portfolio monitoring, investment tracking, and valuation-related processesPartner with external service providers, auditors, tax professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient fund administrationAssist with management reporting, investor inquiries, fundraising support, financial analysis, and the development of junior team members Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required5+ years of accounting, financial reporting or investment management experience within an alternative investment, asset management, credit fund or public accounting environmentStrong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting, investment accounting, valuation concepts, and credit fund operations
