Accounting Manager – High-Growth Health & Longevity Company in South, FLWe're working with a high-growth health and longevity company that is backed by major strategic investors and focused on developing science-backed products designed to support healthy aging and longevity.They’re looking to add an Accounting Manager to their Finance team. This person will report directly to the Controller and take ownership of key accounting functions while partnering cross-functionally on financial reporting, process improvement, and broader finance initiatives.Responsibilities:Own the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing GAAP-compliant journal entriesOversee key balance sheet, bank, and fixed asset reconciliationsPrepare and review financial statements, management reporting, and variance analysisSupport forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital managementPartner with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, AP, and AR to improve financial processes and data accuracyOversee the integration and accuracy of financial data across ERP, CRM, and other systemsIdentify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale accounting processesCoordinate internal and external audit requests and provide supporting documentationHelp establish and maintain strong accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsProvide guidance and oversight to junior accounting team membersPartner closely with the Controller on special projects, financial initiatives, and process improvementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end closeStrong Excel skills and experience working within an ERP systemExperience with reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and variance analysisExperience overseeing or mentoring junior accounting professionalsSomeone proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally$100K - $125K, depending on experienceIf you are interested, please apply directly and email your resume to Cassidy Sullivan at csullivan@daleyaa.com
