Key job responsibilities
- Manage the preparation, review, and filing of 10-Q, 8-K, 10-K, and other filings with the SEC.
- Prepare and review US GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists.
- Monitor progress against reporting calendar milestones.
- Assist in responding to requests for financial information from other external entities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders within and outside the accounting organization, including finance, legal, tax, and statutory accounting teams.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Drive impactful global projects.
- Conduct financial reporting research and write position papers.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA.
- Knowledge of internal control framework (specifically COSO).
- To assess control design and operational efficiency.
- Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients.
- Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions.
