Accounting Lead - Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 3 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience.Experience in a high-volume, transaction-intensive accounting environment is strongly preferred. Financial services, commercial leasing, or banking experience is highly valued. Public accounting experience is a significant plus.Strong accounting fundamentals, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. #INAUG2026
