Accounting / Inventory Clerk Location: Hybrid - Southern California * 3 days onsite in Chino Hills * 1 day onsite in El Segundo (Wednesdays required) * 1 day remote Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMA leader in the electronic musical instrument industry is seeking an Accounting/Inventory Clerk to join its growing team. This is a newly created position offering a unique blend of accounting, inventory, logistics, and operations responsibilities.This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience who enjoys working cross-functionally, investigating discrepancies, improving processes, and supporting both accounting and supply chain operations. The position will partner closely with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Retail teams, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and grow within a well-established international organization.What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, accounting support, or a related fieldStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data reconciliationUnderstanding of inventory transactions, shipping, receiving, returns, and order fulfillment processesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetExperience with ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or order management systems is a plusExperience within manufacturing, distribution, retail, consumer products, electronics, or related industries is highly desirableWhat You'll Be Doing:Monitor inventory levels, product movements, transfers, and adjustments across multiple locationsReconcile physical inventory counts with system records and research discrepanciesCoordinate cycle counts, inventory audits, and follow-up actionsProcess inventory transactions including transfers, returns, and adjustmentsSupport month-end and year-end inventory reconciliationsPrepare inventory reports and maintain accurate recordsPartner with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiencyServe as a key operational contact for a flagship retail location, helping coordinate orders, replenishment, transfers, and inventory requestsTrack shipments and communicate updates regarding inventory availability, delays, and fulfillment issuesWork with multiple departments to resolve inventory and operational challengesIdentify opportunities to improve inventory processes and reporting All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
