Accounting instructor - FT30 (Latin Division)
About the role
The Latin Division seeks an experienced Accounting Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills and a passion for Latin studies.
Responsibilities
- Teach accounting courses to students enrolled in the Latin Division
- Develop and maintain lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback
- Participate in department meetings and professional development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Latin language and culture
- Experience with educational technology tools
- Passion for Latin and its integration into the curriculum
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing classroom dynamics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
