Accounting & Finance Intern (Year-Round)

About the role

Gain hands-on experience in operations finance through financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while strengthening your Excel, Tableau, and analytical skills.

Program Structure

• Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer
• Location: Saukville, WI
• Start Date: May 2027
• Duration: Year-round internship

What we're looking for

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to succeed in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred experience

• Accounting or Finance major with multiple related courses completed toward major
• Strong attention to details, accuracy, and reliability
• Advanced Excel skills
• Oracle experience

What you'll focus on

• Develop an understanding of accounting and operations finance processes
• Support financial analysis, monthly reporting, and business performance initiatives
• Aid with cost variance analysis and other operations finance projects
• Support fixed asset capitalization and disposal activities
• Document processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
