Accounting / Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations, including AP/AR and expense tracking
• Aid in invoice processing, vendor payments, and reimbursement reviews
• Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
• Cross-functional coordination with HR, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Prepare for audits and maintain compliance documentation
• Participate in process improvements and system implementations (e.g., ERP, expense systems)

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in technology or startup environment

Pay

$35 - $45 / hour
