Accounting & Finance Analyst Co-Op

About the Role

Koch, Inc. offers an opportunity for an Accounting or Finance Analyst Co-Op to join our accounting/finance teams at our Wichita, KS headquarters. We seek candidates interested in gaining real experience and pursuing a potential full-time Accounting or Finance Analyst position in one of our Koch companies.

Selected candidates may be placed in one of the following Koch Wichita-headquartered companies:

This opportunity is based in Wichita, KS. Depending on performance and business needs, the entry-level position will also be located in Wichita, Kansas.

Responsibilities

Co-ops work alongside experienced professionals to solve real problems and offer insights that benefit society through improving our products and services. Responsibilities include:

• Contributing as a team member while exploring our unique Principle-Based Management culture
• Partnering with interns from other disciplines on case studies
• Learning key business concepts and Koch mental models
• Engaging with leaders to learn about business transformation and our impact on society
• Focusing on future-oriented solutions to meet evolving business demands

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Eligible for full-time employment between May 2027 or May 2028
• Able to work onsite at our Wichita, KS headquarters a minimum of 20 hours a week
• Able to work in the US without sponsorship
