Accounting Expert | Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Utilize US accounting experience to review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training purposes
• Apply GAAP (US) standards to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial information
• Collaborate with an AI development team by providing subject matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to provide insights on accounting workflows and best practices
• Support quality assurance by auditing training datasets and identifying inconsistencies or gaps
• Document complex accounting concepts and scenarios in clear, concise written form for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks
• Have experience in financial annotation, auditing, and process documentation
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
